What is Chronostar Crisis?

Inspired by the classic platformers of the late 1990s and early 2000s, Chronostar Crisis is an original take on what a modern fast-paced platformer would be like if it were closer to the early transitions to 3D. And Speed is the name of the game.

Time is yours to control

Using your Chronopath, you have the power to manipulate time to your will. Time-Shift forward and backward in time as you desire in order to progress as fast as possible.

Unique "Dual-Phase" levels

Play the level in the past and the future at the same time thanks to Chronostar Crisis' unique dual-phase level design. What you do in the past will have an effect on the future, and you can swap between the two at any point.

Original Synthwave soundtrack

To improve the nostalgic retro feel of the game, an all-original synthwave soundtrack has been created with real analogue synthesizers.

1990's Anime inspired story

A story from back when a floppy disk could save the world, Chronostar Crisis has an over-the-top, action-packed story for you to experience, Inspired by the 1990's and anime.

Retro inspired modern visuals

Chronostar Crisis uses our unique "shaded polygon" art style, but takes it up a level to create an incredibly nostalgic yet modern look.

Strong, hardheaded, and grizzled. Orion is the team's muscle. As a lifelong soldier, all he knows is the battle. He acts as the team's operations specialist.

Practical and smart, but a little nervous. Steller is the team's recon expert and scout due to her impressive ability to hide from enemies.
